100% Zinfandel. 14.5% ABV. Cellared and Bottled by Truett Hurst.
No mention of Zinfandel on the label to avoid confusion for this basically dry rose. The alcohol figure had me wary, and there was moderate heat the first day, making it tough for me to enjoy the bold red fruit and spice flavors. Most of the heat blew off by the second day, and the aromas gelled pleasantly, earning this bottle a few more points.
