A genuinely good Australian Gewurz. Fresh green melon, stone fruit, laichi, rosewater. Pure flavours. Full body. Good concentration. Maybe shows heat at (warm) room temperature, but at 18'c or less, it's great. Could even benefit from a bit of cellaring. It's astonishing how much flavour and texture can be produced without the aid of oak. Sterling work by Belgravia!
