N. Herbs, spices, complex, Petroleum nuances (aus usual), almond, flowers T. Very nice, elegant, hints of Vanilla, bakery tastes (sweet), wood, alcohol, long lasting, fruits, again flowers, complex
The aging really smoothes the wine, now it is perfect. Very cool!

121 BC Saturday tasting (121 BC, Sydney): medium minus intensity, initially, of herbs over apples and pears. With agitation quite mineral as well as a little seaside also slight cream and cheese. In the mouth the wine has juicy acidity, green appeal and pear, quite lightly textured and dry on the mid palate that close the wine down a little, resulting in some muted savoury spice. Meh.

Vin Italy, 2014. Nice, but simple in this vintage. I preferred the other two Timorasso, and even the Cortese (Profilo) in the lineup of 2011s. Prior vintages have all been enjoyable, some even memorable. Perhaps some more time will help this come together. 14,5% abv.
