  Rot im Glas mit orangem Schimmer, Rote Beeren, Brombeere, Kirsche, ein bisschen Leder, Eiche, ein bisschen Orangenschale, Säure moderat, ein bisschen Süsse. Viel Trinkspass nach zehn Jahren.

  Subdued nose, but warms across the palette, with black fruits, wine lees, vanilla and just a hint of leather. Fresh and energetic, if not overly complex. Very pleasant with pork ragu.

  Delicious wine. Effusive nose of red fruits, mineral, graphite, some floral. Otherwise it is layers of silky black cherry and raspberry fruit perfectly balanced by fresh acidity with light oak notes showing up back end. So polished and clean, a modern style Barbera that is just too easy drink. Just entering prime drinking window now and should be here next few years at least. Drink now til 2026.
