  • I well-made cheap Chardonnay. Nothing more, nothing less. Hard to complain at the $8 price, as you could do far worse. Not at all interesting though.

  • The wine is clear and bright with a pale lemon colour and presence of legs. The nose is clean and developing, showing medium intensity aromas of ripe banana, fresh apricots, fresh pineapple and hints of butter and vanilla. It's off-dry in the mouth with a medium refreshing acidity, medium alcohol, medium body and medium intensity flavors of fresh apricots, ripe banana, butter and vanilla. The finish is of medium length. It's a good quality wine, it has a nice balance, an acceptable aromatic palette and a decent concentration in the mouth. But it lacks complexity and typicity, it has no finesse or elegance with it's straightforward low temperature fermentation aromas and unintegrated, but not overdone, oak notes. Drink now, it may evolve a bit in 1-2 years, but should not be kept further than that.
