Weekly tasting group #164; A fully blind test. (@ SB): Transparent red. The bouquet is still locked but shows some cherries, bell pepper and graphite. On the palate cherries and raspberries and candy like acidity. Also some bell pepper. True to type Saumur Champigny.

Weekly tasting group #091; A fully blind test. (@ WW): Clear purple red. The bouquet is still reticent but shows some creamy fruits; blackberries. On the palate cherries, spiciness and green bell peppers. Mild acidity and tannin. Nothing really special, but an ok wine. Wait 2 or 3 years.
