I find wines under screwcap intriguing given the fastforward evolution experienced once opened. Not sure if it's a good thing?
Properly clean fruited, precise fresh acidity and mouthcoating minerality. Started off quite shy more lemon and flint. After half an hour richer fruit on the nose... lime and pear drop emerged along with some stuck match, wet stone minerality and butterscotch. Lovely clean long finish.

A real pleasure and up there with fine Burgundy.
