This wine is a BIG boy! 2010 cab, fruit sourced on Red Mountain, aged in 100% new french oak. So, yeah. BOOM! In my face at the get go. Mellowed a *little* as the night progressed, but still just big, extracted, still very primary. When will this be ready? At least 2 years I'd say, but more like 5. I needed a piece of serious meat with this.
