  l'olfatto di pan di spezie di dolce con piacevolissime punte balsamiche prelude a un sorso di una godibilità rarissima: quasi abboccato ormai con sei anni sulle spalle, ma ben lontano dall'essere stucchevole, ancora freschissimo e giovanile, muscoloso, denso, pieno, morbido e vellutatissimo, molto lungo, lascia in bocca sentori di caramello anice marzapane, ma il tutto con freschezza e velocità estreme. È veramente un vino di cui non riesco a intravvedere un difetto...

  Prune, raisiny, stewed fruits. Quite sweet, but that is to be expected. Showing good typicity perhaps?

  Primitivo di rara eleganza, lungo, affilato e morbido al tempo stesso, complesso, armonico, stratificato, di quelli che lasciano un ricordo piacevole il giorno dopo, quando sembra di percepirne ancora, a ore di distanza, l'allungo.
