Very opaque. Black licorice and plum on the nose. Sweet oak,ripe red cherry, black olives. Great mid palate with a spike of rich blueberry, but tad weak on finish. Firm tannins but approachable. Decant for a few hours. Simple wine but delicious and well constructed. Great QPR as with most Cahors.

Tannic beast! Very young. Needs a lengthy decant. Popped and poured, and regretted not wating. Will try again tomorrow. Well made and delicious.
