Admittedly, this is a bit of a warm season wine, and in my part of the world, it was not the warm season when I drank this (Nov US). Regardless, I liked this bottle. It was interesting, and I think made (and would make) an excellent accompaniment to a lighter first course. Given it's price range (somewhere near/above 10 USD), I would not be surprised to see it offered as part of a wine flight accompanying a fixed menu. Crisp without being sharp -- only the slightest hint of bubbles for me -- almost not there. I am looking forward to my other bottle.

Still a few suspended bubbles going on. Very nice bouquet that has developed a little waxiness on the palate. Tart and acidic but with good depth for the price. Not much slate or minerality to note. Drink within the next year. Was a terrific match to some spicy Caldo 7 Mares.

Lovely repeat performance. Not as much secondary fermentation as before and even after a few days open, it was relatively rich and balanced. Very food-friendly and delish on it's own, too. One of the best $10 white wines I think I've ever had.

Nothing remarkable. Similar thoughts to review of last year. An enjoyable, light white wine.
