Anxious to try a Dutcher Pinot, so perhaps drank it to young. It was tight and very slight nose, a little strawberry. First sip was hot (alcohol), no finish. Decanted and after about 30 minutes, opened up some, but still hot and no finish. Nothing notable on the palette.
Big Dutcher Crossing fan, this is the first one to disappoint. Again, may have opened it too soon. The wine looks Garnet colored. The legs are Slow. It smells like and Strawberry Jam. The body is Light/Medium. The wine finishes Short.

Dark and full bodied. Lots of fruit. First pinot from this vineyard. Liked it quite a bit
