  Nose of yellow apple, lemon and melon. Refreshing, clean and taste with flavours of yellow apple and lemon, followed by mild herb. Slightly bitter.

  Medium yellow, verging towards gold, quite overt newish French Oak on the nose delivering toast & vanilla with bready, buttery, creamy almost cheesy malo and battonage notes making it quite hard for the fruit to work through but some asparagus, white peach, conference pear with ripe and slightly oxidised apple. On the palate the oak tastes more integrated but still with pronounced autolytic flavours and subtle roundness from the malo but not covering up the high acidity with fruit flavours of crisp Granny Smith apple, lemon, white peach and nearly ripe apricots.
