  Shockingly good for a NV wine I bought 8 years ago! Still bubbly and with good flavors. Nice Cremant.

  Considering this is at least 5 years old, it is really nice sparkling wine. Still lively, great bubbles and a deal at $20.

  12.0% - Clear, med lemon, thin bubbles / clean, med intensity - citrus peel, white flower, chalky, brioche / dry, med acidity, med to light body, med intensity, med length. Less acidity and more vinous than previous bottles, but still very pleasant.

  12.0% - Clear, med lemon / clean, med intensity - lemon flesh, apple, brioche, butter, chalk, saline / dry, med to high acidity, med to light body, med+ intensity, med length. No variation from the two bottles opened and works pretty well with lobsters. thin bubbles which develop into a pleasant mousse.
