the first whiff is a big bowl of ripe, squishy strawberries then it's a study in earth. Baked earth, scorched earth (which I assume is the same as baked earth), freshly tilled earth and earth that has just been soaked with rain. It is ripe and sweet in the mouth with you guessed it, a savoury earthy edge. It finishes with some honeyed sweetness and quite grippy tea leaf tannin.
