  I always find Chapoutier wines very reliable. This has plenty of red fruit with a nice peppery spicy undertone. A relatively light palette with just a touch of tannin to give some body. A very pleasant food wine that went well with fillet steak and pepper sauce. Nice, reliable everyday wine. Very good.
