Drinking very well. Age has softened the fruit, but the gooseberry is still there in spades, with a hint of lime. Flowery and aromatic, this is a well balanced sauv blanc. Drink in next year or so, but it's not falling off a cliff.

Drinking incredibly well right now. As others have said, drink soon. The purity of fruit in the Greywacke SB always amazes me... with a toned down (compared to other NZ/Marlborough SB) herbal/grassy component I am not a fan of. Great juice!
