J'ai bien aimé malgré ne pas être un grand amateur de Zin. Probablement parce qu'il est un peu moins standard, j'ai apprécié sa relative légèreté qui s'est mariée admirablement bien avec les Ribs de Fred Morin du resto JOE BEEF.
