Nice light wine that goes well with Thai food. We were a bit surprised on the first sip--yes, it's "prickly", meaning a little fizzy. Then it settles down and offers pear, vanilla and some floral notes on the mid-palate. Enjoyable.

Heavy carbonation. Sharp acidity. Low in minerality when compared to Mosel, Germany. Priced right.

Prickley as usual. Nice starter for a dinner party.
