Good to revisit this. It has the PYCM reductive style with citrus, minerals, hazelnut and vanilla. It is rich and dense on the palate. Drinking very well.

PNP. Yellow/green hue. Spectacular nose, flint, spice, lemon lime and very floral/aromatic. Lively palate, saline infused texture with lots of dry extract to buffer the perfectly ripe fruit.

It was the regular PYCM 11 Remilly that got me hooked on white burgundy in the first place several years ago. This was very nice but I think getting toward fully mature. Classic floral peach/orange blossom nose, good richness and length, structure now relaxed. Delicious.

Pale gold with citrine highlights. Pungent nose of extremely overripe stonefruit with an underlying citrus/mineral aroma. Tart citrus zest, dark wildflower honey, wax & crushed shell. Well rounded and versatile served during NYE dinner with sweet kale salad + cauliflower soup.

Nose with minty lemongrass lemonpeel; on palate is persistent zingy acidity roundyness peachy wax. This is in a good place right now
