Very crisp. High acid backbone. Tastes better after it opens up for ten minutes. Citrus lemon with a slight frizzante feel. Tasted at UVA restaurant in NYC.

Apple, lemon, and a touch of oak. Simple but varietally correct and a pretty good value in the $10 range. Drink now, not intended for ageing.
