My impression is, again, that this wine is rather unflavourful. Very drinkable because of the mildness. But its mildness is also accompanied by a certain strangeness to the flavour that I find unpleasant. Still, low good (80.5).

licht oranje rood, geur is licht fruitig met wat rijpingstonen. smaak is mooi strak met goede zuren en een lekker bittertje. heerlijk, mooie geouderde rose, zeer apart

I think I like mourvedre best in a rose. Fairly dry, but a balancing sweetness mid-palate, this has kind of an earthy undertone, but in light, flowery way, if that makes any sense. Better when not too chilled. Maybe a little over-priced at $20-something, but we'll probably buy it again anyway. Almost better without food, although it was OK with soft-shell crabs.

Tasted at dinner at Steve & Barb's house. Fred's latest attempt to get me to like Rose. This one had a light salmon color and a nice nose of fruit, primarily strawberries. But as usual I did not care for the palate which I found to have a Rose-typical bitter note to it that seemed to build on the finish.

We tried this after dinner. Rather blah and uninteresting. Low to mid-good (81.5).
