Enjoyed this wine over a few days. At the price of entry, it comes across with considerable richness in red apple and pear fruits, but with peppery slate notes on the long and well-balanced finish. This wine has ample acidity to support the richness, drink now through 2022+. For me, I will take 3 bottles of premier cru Chablis rather than spending $80 on a bottle of this wine again...

Toasted corn, pear, apricot, straw, seaweed. Beautiful acidity and richness, cery well balanced. Takes you on a journey.

Elegant wine that has Burgundian notes. Nonetheless, still has enough fruit and oomph to remind one that it's a CA wine. Quite delicious.
