Color: deep golden; viscous legs Nose: medium intensity; complex mix of tropical fruits with decided honeyed quality Body/flavor: medium/full body. Complex, mouth-filling flavors of tropical fruits; some minerality! The higher ABV provides excellent base Aftertaste: lingering finish
Amazing after 11 years; very different from last one I opened

Fleshy and juicy. Rounder and more mellow than the more recent bottles of this that I have opened. Tropical notes and minerals, this wine actually paired well with miso-soy glazed cod fillets (thank you TJ's). Bottle liked by all. 88+

Consistent with my most recent earlier note. Nice. It won't replace many other whites in my "regulars stable" but it was decent and worth the diversion.

Bready yeasty nose followed by a nice mix of savory and stone fruits on the palate. Acids keep things rolling along. Relatively short finish.
This wine would pair very well with a grilled white fish dish (garlic and capers?) and we actually paired it with a white pizza (artichokes and stuff) and it drank very well.

Ultima botella. Una lástima. Precisos y limpios aromas a peras con notas salinas. Gran longitud y refrescante acidez al paladar. Un gran ejemplo de cómo envejece un buen vino de Ribeiro.

The Kind of Late Lunch I Really Love (Restaurant La Piperna - Madrid): Last bottle. A pity. Precise and clean aromas of pears with salty notes. Great length and refreshing acicity on the palate. Once again a great sample of how a good Ribeiro ages.
