Day 1 Typical mid priced bio wine: clean, concentrated but entirely structureless, unexciting and all but absent in the mouth's back parts. No aftertaste at all.
Decent, nothing disturbing but no fun whatsoever.
Why this would receive any praise from gambero rosso is beyond me. Cannot recommend.
Day 2 Much better. Some structure has arrived, this is more wine-like now. Still some way from anything that would make me want to buy again though.

Very powerful Wine with lots of tannines. Getting close to a Barrolo. Dark almost smokey taste.
Great value for money!

Perfumy, leather, little vanilla on the nose. Blackberries and liquorice, smoky sour cherries. Mineral finish. Good wine, enjoyable. Classy.

Gambero Rosso Roadshow (Sydney, Australia): Cherry and floral notes. Light bodied palate, mid length, not a lot of interest but decent drinking.

Weekly tasting group #109; Wines with 3 glasses in the Italian wine bible Gambero Rosso plus a few special extra's. (@ WW): Hardly any bouquet. On the palate tart cherries, vanilla, some herbs and spices, ok acidity and sticky tannin. Ok wine but not really complex.
