Fried turkey, dirty diaper, tropical and stone fruit and minerality. Very savory and almost oily but with great acidity for balance. The poultry note was very surprising and a bit hard to get used to but after opening up to the fruit and other notes it was a nice addition to the complexity. Definitely worth more than the $5 I paid for it.
