  Light but pretty nose of lemon zest and flowers. Light bodied with medium acidity. Delicate in the mouth with lemon and tart peach. Finish is minerally and reasonably long considering the lack of midpalate weight. I'm not sure this would stand up to many foods, maybe lightly seasoned white fish, but it would be a nice summer apertif.
