Great blood orange and copper color, bright and forward fruit with plenty of minerals, direct expression and very dry but with a little more weight and texture than your average rosato on the mid-palate.

This is 100% Chiavennasca, also known as Nebbiolo. Nice pretty fruit forward aromas. Soft palate entry, with nice white (pith) strawberry. Love the exuberance of that berry flavor on the palate, which is very pretty. Some pumpkin/squash notions after swallowing, but it's coupled with kick ass driving acidity with more lovely strawberry flavors. Some Rose's can be a bit too lean, but this offers a wonderful bright berry flavor without coming across as sweet at all. One of the more interesting and balanced Rose's I've had in a while.

Nice balance with good blend of white wine acidity and some depth related to the red of a nice rose.
