  • I always enjoy the wines from Paul Pernot with their classic Puligny character that always strikes a cord. This was served slightly chilled and was very concentrated on the initial approach and loved the acid present. Some fruit on the mid-palate and i thought this Chardonnay had just the right amount of acidity. This wine is very young and will benefit from 4 to 6 more years of cellaring. To sum it up, ripe, fresh, round Puligny Montrachet that delivers.
