A beautiful wine all the way around with deft flavors of cut grass, gooseberry, creamed corn (perhaps) and mineral, but nothing sharp or searing, but rather a nice mouthfeel with almost a creaminess to it and ending on a bready note. The texture of this wine is unbeatable. A whopping 14.5% alc., but not a bit of heat or absence of balance. Again, a beautiful wine. With shrimp in a tomato cream sauce over linguine. Highly Recommended.

Nice pear nose, crisp green apple taste, decent acidity on pretty long finish (hints of grapefruit). Very good wine to drink after a nice basil pesto pizza with lots of Parmesan.

Excellent, developed more character. Last bottle. Drank next to a 2006 which was fresher and less complex, but more typical Sauvignon Blanc

Outstanding wine. This has gotten a bit softer and rounder than the last bottle.

A classic Sauvignon Blanc, exhibiting a pear green apple nose.
Bright, crisp green apple and lemon palate with long mineral and straw finish.
Since I believe that this wine was released in 2006, I'm not sure why 2005 was shown as "earliest drinking window" by some CellarTracker users.
