really quite decent; crisp on the outset with some citrus and green apple on the bront moving to a more tropical fruit in the middle to end; I also like the value.

Not your typical Cali chard. I wouldn't call it burgundian, but it was well-balanced and delicious. Grassy apple and melon notes dominate, with a strong oaky backbone and some pineapple in the background. Great with a lobster roll.

Not typically a fan of California chardonnay. This one struck a nice balance with oak. Fruits that I don't typically associate with chardonnay, like strawberry in the nose along with apple and melon. Overall like it and good value.

California Coastal Wineries! (Farpointe Cellar): This was not a bad Chardonnay. Not overly oaky, but not too complex either. The nose was kind of tight. I couldn't pick up too many aromas. There was lots of apple, with just a touch of vanilla and spice. The palate was a little better, with some apple mixedc with pear, as well as hints of earth, and spice. The acidity level was good, but the finish was only of medium length.

Nice nose with orange and clove. Good tropical fruits on the palate, a thick body with a hint of glycerin. Odd melange of mid-palate notes like herbal tonic. Short finish, but good and clean. Not typical and has a certain charm.
