  100% Brachetto, fermented and macerated with the skins for 3-4 days, then moved into an autoclave for carbonation. Filtered and bottled under pressure. 5,5% alcohol.
  
  Translucent, deep brick-red color with an evolved orange hue. Sweet, very expressive and quite heady nose with aromas of cherry marmalade, some stewed rose hips, a little bit of strawberry jam, light perfumed notes of rosewater, a slightly odd, buttery hint of diacetyl and a touch of dried red fruits. The wine is sweet, evolved and lively on the palate with a relatively light body and still a little bit of fizz. Very juicy flavors of strawberries and overripe red gooseberries, some raspberry marmalade, light honeyed notes, a little bit of lemon marmalade, dried-fruit hints of wizened cherries and raisins and a buttery touch of diacetyl. Medium-plus in acidity, no tannins whatsoever. The finish is long and juicy with a slightly sticky mouthfeel and a sweet aftertaste of raspberry marmalade, some strawberry jam, a little bit of buttery diacetyl, a hint of overripe cherries and a touch of roses.
  
  A fun and nicely evolved Brachetto - although I'm not entirely convinced aging has really benefited the wine much. There's a slightly distracting streak of diacetyl that lends a minor molten butter note to the nose and to the taste, which really doesn't meld that well together with the sweet and aromatic flavors. I have no idea if the bottle has had diacetyl all the way from the beginning, or if this characteristic has appeared with age. Nevertheless, it doesn't ruin the wine in any way and as a whole this is fully enjoyable. Perhaps not as good as a fresh bottle, but good all the same.

  Delicious with breakfast. Lots of sweet red fruit, cranberries and unripe raspberry. Delicious slightly sweet finish.
  
  BTW, Not meant to be served with dessert. Needs salty food like bacon.

  Light clear red with brown tint. Nose has cranberry, Black cherry, honey and melting wax notes. Delicious spritzy flavours. Refreshing.

  From 75cl. Sweet, fizzy rosé-red, with an attractive soda-pop smell. Once upon a time this kind of stuff used to be called Lambrusco and was (correctly) decried as the next-worst thing to Sangria. Now it served by the much-hyped Berlin Michelin** chef Tim Raue as an ever-so-witty accompaniment to dessert. Well, that's one way of extracting extra profit from us punters... 81P
