Pretty medium pink. Dried porcini mushroom nose with cassia bark and red apple skin on the palate. Finish shows RS as it warms in the glass. Fine pin-prick bubbles give initial great mouthfeel, but the wine lacks persistence.

Surprisingly deep peachy orange color. Deep, characterful and moderately toasty nose that reminds me more of grower Champagne than traditional Rosé Crémant; there are aromas of nougat, toasted bread, ripe cherry, some roasted nuts and a hint of citrus fruits. Dry, bright and developed on the palate with moderate acidity and flavors of toasty autolysis, dark cherry, ripe red berries, some nuttiness and a hint of biscuits. Fine, elegant and moderately persistent mousse. Quite long and pretty nuanced finish with flavors of honey-coated, roasted nuts, nougat, sweet dark cherries, some earthy spice and hints of black pepper.
An impressive, complex and positively weighty rosé bubbly with a lot of depth, focus and tremendous drinkability. Served blind, this could easily pass for a grower Champagne. Really lovely and impressive stuff, I could chug a bottle of this without a second thought. Works equally well on its own and with food. Very good value at 8,70€ for a 12 cl glass in a restaurant.
