  One bottle to pair dry-aged, lamb filet and Wagyu meat dishes,
  very fine intense nose, meaty, some tar, earthy,
  delicate black fruit initially, so silky but deep, juicy rich fruit, finesse like mouthfeel, so fresh and lively, lingering,
  very delicious to enjoy from now on but still a lot life ahead, ***(*-*****), around 93, 94(+)

  Very pure and focused. Beautiful nose of spice, perfume and stone fruit. Palate was lean and stringent. Somewhat showing spring berry and berry garden.
