The Wineauxs liked this clone the best after it had a chance to open up. The nose of bloody steak did not agree with the tastes of cranberries and other tart red fruits. Not as long of a finish as the Mirabelle or as round a mouth feel as the Hans Clone Pommard. The majority found they could taste its presence in the Vidon 3 Clones Blend.
