PnP, served non-blind. In retrospect, I think this would have benefited from an hour or two of air in decanter prior to service. Good typicity of grape, and place, but I found it to be holding back on the nose, and medium-bodied palate. Somewhat rich, it's restrained core of white, and (mostly) yellow fruits are still developing. I enjoyed it, but will hold my final bottle for another 3-5 years. 13,5% abv. recommended

Still young, but already drinking very nicely. Aromas of honeysuckle, apple and a bit of pear. Hint of petroleum flavor - in a positive sense. Has a hint of sweetness to hit and paired very well to medium spicy Chinese food. Will retry again in 2-3 years.

Smells pretty fine and powdery, very mineral and a little bit grassy and herbal. Bit of TDN/petroleum in the background. Palate is a little viscous but feels pretty bracing and tight feeling despite it’s age. The aromas are honestly the best thing about this wine, it’s pretty intriguing and quite mouthwatering. It’s pretty zesty on the palate and is a bit better with food. Still needs a little time though but this was pretty good.

Floral with slate immediately. More lusciousness and length than I would have guessed from other notes. Very well presented and close to a Spätlese sec or a rich GG. Underrated producer in my book.

Sweet nose of honey, apple, ripe pears and hint of petrol. Rich dry taste, good acid. Very good! Five years in cellar did the work.
