Dark red fading to translucence at the edges. earthy, berry aromas. Soft on the palate, black cherry, strawberry, forest floor. Fully resolved tannins, light acidity, good balance. Finishes moderately long with strawberry notes. Still quite nice. Drink next 2 to 3 years.

Tasted over 2 hrs -nearly semi-translucent med red mild bricking -prominent beetroot rhubarb with a wet stone note -med/med+ acidity, med weight somewhat medicinal faded rhubarb, a bit of warmth on the backend accompanies the med- tannins -somewhat off balance, this might have been a little better when the fruit was fresher; at least it wasn't clearly flawed like the sister bottle opened a few years ago

Very pleasant and balanced. Would be incredible as a restaurant wine, as it is pretty much exactly what I'd want if I paid the $$$ to buy a 10yr old Pinot at a restaurant. Tasty and light and would complement almost anything.

Still drinking really well and guessing can still go quite a bit longer. Plenty of acidity along with nice red fruit, including notes of cranberry, so went really well with Thanksgiving dinner. Good stuff.

Clear garnet color.
Quite savory on the nose, sous bois, morel, black cherries.
Tart and crunchy red fruits on the palate. Tangy and on the lean side with red apple skin and some ruby red grapefruit.
Nice, lovely nose, if a little lean and simple one the palate.
