  We needed to use a white wine to make our home made macaroni and cheese. We have used chardonnay's in the past and decided to try a Viognier. Not only was the cup used in the dinner great, but the bottle was finished by all.
  
  The wine looks light gold colored. It smells like mushroom and asparagus. The body is light.
