  Ein fetter Brummer! Dichtes Goldgelb. Eine Botrytisnase wie sie im Buche steht. Honig, Zimt, Gewürznelken, Bratapfel. Schon hier wird klar in welcher Liga wir spielen. Am Gaumen dann die Dampfwalze. Fette Aromatik, tolle, tragende Säure und dicht gepackte Apfelfrucht, im (ewigen) Finale wieder Gewürzdichte (Kardamom, Zimt, Sternanis, Gewürznelke). Ein Wein zum Löffeln. Es fehlt trotz der Fruchtdichte die Leichtigkeit, das Tänzerische, Unbeschwerte um wirklich ein grosser Wein zu sein.

  PnP. Mature yellow. Super deliciously spicy and fruity bouquet. Intense harmonious palate with a slightly bitter finish. Really complex and exciting white. Drink now I suppose.

  Beautiful full bodied white with White pepper, lime and peach pith jumping out of the glass. A distinctive green peppercorn on the finished was invigorating. Fantastic!
