  October 21, 2023. Drank from Bin south 17, with Crystal and Aline. Slight acid nose. Deep dark purple. Dry acid presentation lots of chalk, fruit passed. 5/10.

  The Nearly Annual Lyon 10 Year Retro Tasting #24, Wines of Washington (Lyon Again, Eugene, OR): First word in my notes for this blind tasting was, "beautiful". Not a bad start. More obviously tannic than the Palengat before it, this leaned into its creme de cassis, stone, tobacco, cocoa and spice with no apologies! 94+ down to 93 on day 2. Now-2027.

  The additional air softened the rough edges some people have mentioned
  
  With lamb and flageolets. Opening bramble continuing to sweet woody and blueberry notes
