  • Note 7/27/2014: Got the message after the second bottle. Good, but I guess not deep enough to keep my attention -> 87.

Glass palest green and gold. Nose like a draught of fresh air, of green apple, licorice with a hint of strawberry on a background of minerality. On the palate the minerality is of a warm dark salt mine which contains an pure fountain of mountain water. The "nutmeg" component suggested by the Mövenpick note is a good descriptor for the dry, slightly bitter and warm evenness that follows the initial cool, thirst quenching clarity.

Not very complex, but very clear and enjoyable. Smooth and mild, acidity is there but unobtrusive.

At 6,90 € this is a pretty good qpr.
