Drinking great here. I think this has at least five more years despite CT pundits saying the window closes in a year or two (does every Cali wine drinker on CT prefer their wines super young???). I’m not going to bother with further notes. You guys already drank this wine two years after release.

Very deep ruby. A straightforward and uncomplicated nose offers ripe red and black cherries, warm loamy earth and violets alongside well-integrated notes of vanilla, toast and spice. Medium+ bodied and juicy but somewhat tight on the palate with a nearly high level of grippy tannins driving fresh black fruit and tarragon flavors. Perhaps this needs time to unwind but there doesn't seem to be a lot of stuffing here.

Cork was dry but wine was ok. solid Napa cab, nice nose, fruit, tannins and finish. Not sure it gets better with more time
