  Sleight Of Hand Cellars 2013 The Magician White Wine (SRP $23): This is the style of Riesling I enjoy having a well-chilled bottle of when I’m serving moderately spicy Asian cuisine and other zesty dishes. It’s fresh, sleek, and enticing -- brimming with crisp citrus and stone fruit flavors that mingle with green apple and faint mineral notes. The wine’s kiss of sweetness provides a good balance to its juicy, palate-cleansing acidity, ending in a clean, refreshing finish. This wine is a joy to drink on its own, won’t break the piggy bank, and is an exceptionally flexible food partner.
