Good, typical RRV Pinot. Fruit forward, spicy cherries, raspberries, medium plus acidity, good overall balance. Purchased at the winery, so QPR wasn’t great for me, but if you are getting it for $25 then it’s a solid buy.

Coravin pour: Still a delicious wine. Notes of raspberry, strawberry, spice, tannins. Very tasty with our garden veggie pizza (roast veggies) and pork sausage with fennel - and with our roast herbal chicken. I am sure this wine would be better with some bottle age, but at this rate they will all be gone from our house, pretty soon. I bought 6 and wish I had bought a case, great qpr for $24.50 / bottle. Drink now or age.

Very well made Russian River Pinot Noir. The nose is clean, with medium plus aromas of plums and red cherries. Palate is consistent, fruit forward, smooth and medium plus in body. Good depth and complexity. Very New World in style, but the acidity, fruit and tannins are well balanced, and the alcohol is not overly noticeable. Great by itself or with food. Very drinkeable now, but it should improve over the next two to three years.

Wines in Sea Bright with Pam and Justyna; 2/24/2017-2/25/2017 (Sea Bright, NJ): Tasty wine. Great fruit notes of cherry, strawberry, raspberry, spice and a touch of nutmeg. Good acidity. Very fresh and lively.
We had the wine on its own, without any food. Perhaps even better with a little bottle age?
I looked up the wine at the website. 10 months in French oak (40% new) and 5,762 cases made.
