Clear red with brown hue on the rim. Fairly tipical nose (cherry, leather), but quite deluted on the palate on the first day, second day better and fuller with cherry, oak and a hint of tobacco finishing with notes of licorice.

The wine was medium ruby, almost garnet in colour. It offered red fruit, red cherry and espresso aromas on the nose. On the palate the wine showed red fruit, red cherry, coffee, tobacco, black tea and earthy notes, with prominent, medium-plus acidity, medium-plus tannin and very good length. The medium-bodied wine was reasonably balanced if a little rustic and finished dry. Drink now.

Clear ruby red with a medium intensity. A bit of sediment left in the bottle. Medium intensive nose with notes of dark plum, chocolate, coffee, sweet spices, dark cherry and a hint of mint and red fruit. Dry, high acidity, medium (+) tannins, alcohol, intensity, body and finish.

Dull ruby color. On the nose, tangy cherries, red currants, mixed in with rose potpourri, rhubarb and cedar. Moderate tannic structure (they’re fined down around the edges), moderate-low acid, tangy fruit (red cherries, red currants), backed up by notes of anise, cedar and clove. A finish of loam and cedar. Not too complicated or thought-provoking, but it has a simple, easy-drinking appeal.
