Excellent and refreshing Muscadet with citrus notes of lemon and yuzu alongside some quince. Very lean without being austere, the seashell/chalk-like minerality is really beautiful. Great as an aperitif or with light seafood dishes.
Concur with other notes. Enjoyed over several days. Stayed fresh and opened a bit. Very nice citrus, mineral zip. Interesting to compare to Jo Landron basic Muscadet I had recently. I think the Landron had bit more fruit to it, maybe depth and nuance. Both very good for the money and versatile with food.
Same as previous note, refreshing, zippy, with clean salinity and light tropical notes. Although I think there is less fruit than the last bottle, not that it was ever fruit forward. Drink early, drink often! Went perfectly with barely seared scallops in butter.
