未经过苹乳发酵的霞多丽，可以想象年轻时有很活泼剔透的酸度。但现在喝起来已经柔和了。非常多的柚子，白花，一点点梨子，稍有甜感。不复杂变化也少，回味稍微有点辛辣的柚子皮，不长。醒酒时间稍长柚子少了，梨和奶油多了些。配合鱼生寿司或者清爽辛辣的菜肴应该蛮好
