  Idem à la dernière, toujours aussi convainquant. Démontrant une grande fraicheur, avec une abondance de fruits noirs frais, et de jolies tonalités florales de violette. Parfaitement fondu et équilibré.Tanins soyeux de grande qualité. Excellente fiole!

  Le vin affiche une belle robe violacé, typiquement Syrah. Il laisse échapper de beaux arômes de violette, de mûre, d'encens, d'épices douces et une impression de grande fraicheur. La bouche est fraiche, avec un acidité croquante et parfaitement dosé. À ce stade, il est bien fondu, les tanins sont fins et le bois est bien digéré. L'aération amplifie l'effet floral. Un Crozes de grande finesse et digestibilité! Excellent!
