Typical Rhone grenache, with sweet flowers, red berries, vanilla and butter. Creamy texture and soft tanins. Solid and pleasant finish. Not that complex. 90

By the glass at Le Beaulieu, Bangkok. A touch light, but this was a simple and pleasurable wine. The nose was attractive, with notes of sweet cherries and strawberries matched with garrigue, dried flowers and a whiff of hot stones - very true to place I thought. The palate had a nice fresh, lively feel to it, with bright acidity and fine tannins framing light flavours of dark cherries and sweet red berries draped with just the slightest lace of minerality. It lacked depth and any semblance of length on the finish, but it was nevertheless a pleasant wine that was nicely balanced and acted as a nice foil to our duck and chicken dishes.

90 relevant to Cote du Rhone. Pop and pour, served in Ridel glasses. A glorious complex mouthful of chocolateness and spice. In readable length. Fab

Pleasant rhone, easy, fruity, hint of spice. No tannins.
Not great, but good enough.

Completely agree with Mike Kopanski (from 10/24/2014).
Typical spicy and sunburnt CdR, rather short finish than expected. Good value at 8€!
