As always Provence rose proves to be a very safe choice. Plenty of fruit, ripe, oily, tangy acidity and dry finish. Very line and length but no problems with that.

By the glass at Hugo's restaurant (Manly, Sydney, Aus). VG. Strangely (But not unpleasantly) a strong impression of grilled hazelnuts on the palate. Good energy and balance.

Light orange/pink, fruity and floral nose, dry palate, highlighted acidity. All Provence rose promising characters. a little heat in throat.
